Vishal Bhambhani
Co-Founder and DirectorVishal has over a decade of experience in fundraising for Indian & international clients Expertise include Trade Finance, export financing, commodity trading, mergers& acquisitions, private equity, structured debt solutions. Vishal has varied experience of raising funds across all sectors of the economy having worked in infrastructure, power, renewable, mining, manufacturing, agriculture and health care sector Vishal has prior experience of working with IL&FS, SBI Capital Markets and Centrum Capital which are leading investment advisory firms in India Vishal holds a Masters degree in Finance and a CFA(USA) charter- holder. Tejal Doshi
Co-Founder and DirectorTejal is a CFA (International) Charter holder and a postgraduate in commerce, has over a decade of experience in domestic and international debt syndication & risk advisory services, Expertise include Trade Finance, Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Securitization of Loans, Loan Syndication, Structuring Financial Transactions, Risk Assessments, Credit Evaluation, Credit monitoring, setting of Process & Policies, Quality Control Measures, Analytical Reviews, etc for major Financial Institutions, Banking, Insurance Companies. Her prior experience includes working with a Global Investment banking firm based out of Mumbai, Haribhakti Group–heading their Due diligence vertical, Cipher Plexus Capital Advisors and KPMG She plays a pivotal role in strategy formulation, execution and designing innovative financing structures. She is in charge of execution of the transaction and lead the relationship with various lenders, EPC companies and Export Credit Agencies.
